Confidentiality Agreement and Terms and Conditions for applicants
Version 1 · in force from 14 October 2026
Part 1. Confidentiality Agreement
1. Parties. This agreement is between you, the applicant, and the company named on the job advertisement (the Company). The Company acts for itself and for the other companies in the Logicon group.
2. Confidential Information means anything you receive or learn through this recruitment process that is not public. It includes the assessment brief and business case, interview questions, and any information about the Company's business, investments, clients, finances, people or plans.
3. Your obligations. You will:
- keep Confidential Information private, and use it only to take part in this recruitment process;
- not share, publish or post it anywhere, including on social media or in public AI tools;
- not copy it, except as needed to prepare your answers;
- take reasonable care to keep it secure.
4. Exceptions. These obligations do not cover information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already knew lawfully, or that the law requires you to disclose. Where the law allows, you will tell the Company before disclosing.
5. Your own work. Your answers and submissions remain your work. The Company uses them only to assess you and will not use them commercially without your written agreement.
6. Duration. These obligations apply from the moment you accept and continue for two years after the recruitment process ends.
7. Returning materials. When the process ends, or if the Company asks, you will delete any Confidential Information you hold.
8. No commitment. Accepting this agreement does not create any offer, contract of employment or obligation to hire.
9. Remedies. A breach could cause the Company harm that money alone cannot repair. The Company may seek an injunction as well as any other remedy available in law.
10. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied there. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
Part 2. Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are. This site is run by Logicon Capital for the companies in its group. The company named on the job advertisement is responsible for your application and your personal data.
2. Accurate information. The information you give must be true and complete. False or misleading information may end your application, or any employment that follows from it.
3. What we collect. Your contact details, CV, LinkedIn profile, answers to our questions, your written assessment, interview notes, recordings or transcripts, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser.
4. How we use it. To assess your suitability for the role, to contact you about it, and to improve how we recruit.
5. AI-assisted assessment. We use AI tools to help read and score applications, assessments and interviews. A person reviews every decision about you; no decision is made by software alone. You may ask for an explanation of a decision, or for a person to review it again.
6. Who sees it. The hiring company's recruiters and, where relevant, other Logicon group companies hiring for similar roles. Service providers who host the site, send our emails and run our AI tools process it for us under confidentiality. We never sell your data.
7. How long we keep it. Up to 12 months after the job closes, then it is deleted. If you choose to join our talent pool, we keep it longer so we can contact you about future roles, until you ask us to stop.
8. Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application, at any time by writing to [email protected].
9. Interviews. An online interview may be recorded or transcribed. You will be told at the start of the interview if it is.
10. Your answers must be your own. Unless the brief says otherwise, written answers and assessments must be your own work. Copied or ghost-written work may end your application.
11. No guarantee. Applying does not guarantee an interview or an offer. A company may change, pause or close a job at any time.
12. Liability. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of it.
13. Changes. These terms are versioned. The version you accepted is the one that applies to your application.
14. Governing law. As in Part 1, section 10.
